HIITMANN – Rules & Regulations.

HIITMANN is built on a foundation of mutual gain..

To ensure that everyone stays safe and gets the absolute best out of the workout, please follow a few simple rules.

  1. Always arrive ten minutes prior to scheduled class time to get settled and aid in punctual starts.

  2. Unfortunately, reserved spots will be given away if you are not present at the class when it starts.

  3. Please wipe down all equipment prior to change overs including treadmills and floor equipment.

  4. Please return to the same treadmill and floor area after each change over to avoid confusion.

  5. When multiple pieces of equipment are being used, please ensure each is returned to the original place for safety.

  6. If different weights are required, please ask the instructor or class assistant to assist you.

  7. Please refrain from cell phone use during the class.

  8. Please refrain from talking during stretching. This is an integral part of the workout and a vital step to relax and gain focus.

  9. Please try to limit going in and out of the studio during the course of the class.

  10. No towel, No training.

  11. Late comers will unfortunately be denied entry into the class.

  12. Please stick to the workout at all times, unless you have informed the instructor of an injury.
